Happy 3rd Birthday!

Our sweet little granddaughter turned 3 today! We celebrated with her and family on Saturday. She had a ball opening her gifts, a pink wagon, a flying fairy, clothes, sticker books and stuffed toys to name a few. We got her a smaller trampoline. Her Daddy and Uncle Jimmy set it up for her in the living room.
What fun she had on it!

At 3 Emma is full of energy and has a wonderful imagination! What a joy it is watching her grow!

Happy 2015!!

We spent New Years Eve with Pam & Ben. Ben made a big pot of chili and Pam had invited over a couple of neighbors for the evening. What a fun time we had! After dinner we played some games. One was kinda like password and the other was spoons. Good Times....up 'til nearly 4am!!

On Mikes Birthday we drove over to West Seattle for a little trip down Memory Lane for Mike & Pam. We drove around their old neighborhoods and schools. Then down to Alki Beach for lunch of fish & chips & chowder at Spuds. That evening we were treated to Cinnibar (movie & dinner), Mocking Jay Part 1. Shannon came too.

Holidays

Mike, Jimmy and I had a quiet Christmas Eve enjoying oyster stew, veggies, crackers w/shrimp dip and pumpkin cheesecake for desert. Our new neighbors came over with a plate of fudge! How nice!
On Christmas Day Jessie, Emma, Molly and Jimmy came, Becky had to work. We missed her! We opened gifts before sitting down to Dinner. It is so much fun watching the little ones open and play with their gifts!

Poor little Emma took a spill on Christmas Eve Day leaving her with a bit of a black eye...it didn't dampen her spirits any though! She is a trooper!

We had Cornish Game Hens, Spiral Cut Ham, Green Salad, Augratin Scalloped Potatoes and Corn. Later that evening we had Christmas Pudding for dessert.
We got to FaceTime with Sophia and Kate and watched Sophie open her gifts from us. Almost as good as being there( not really). The temperature was quite mild and no snow...Mike and I took a walk after breakfast.
It was a very nice Christmas!
